The Fountain has had its US DVD release set as the 15th May.

It will be released in both Widescreen and Full Screen editions.

Extras will include: English and French DD5.1 Surround audio and optional English SDH, French and Spanish subtitles, the only extra announced is “Inside The Fountain: Death and Rebirth” - Gallery of 6 featurettes exploring the movie's various periods and settings.
