The US DVD release date for The Game Plan has been set as 22nd January 2008.

The disc will include:

1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround track. Extras will include a chalk talk commentary in which Johnson and director Andy Fickman enliven their unique film commentary by drawing “sports booth” style graphics on the screen to highlight their filmmaking experience, an ESPN's SportsCenter: The Rock Learns To Play QB featurette, bloopers, deleted scenes, and more.
