Headline: Pine facing the apocalypse

Chris Pine is looking to star in writer/director siblings Alex and David Pastor’s post-apocalyptic thriller being produced by This Is That and distributed by Paramount Vantage. The film revolves around four friends trying to escape a viral pandemic in the American West who discover that they are more dangerous to one another than any virus. Pine would play one of the friends.
