Christian Bale/Russell Crowe starrer 3:10 to Yuma has finally secured a distributor in the shape of Lionsgate.
The movie had been shoved into turnaround earlier in the year by Sony Pictures but the movie will now go ahead with filming next month.
Lionsgate snapped up the film after agreeing to double their usual budget on prints and advertising to a cool $30 million.
