New Line Home Entertainment has revealed that How To Eat Fried Worms will be released on R1 DVD the 5th December.

The disc will include amorphic widescreen and full screen, English Dolby Digital 5.1 track.

Extras will include a commentary by director Bob Dolman and cast members Luke Benward, Hallie Kate Eisenberg, Alexander Gould and Austin Rogers, deleted scenes (with optional audio commentary by director Bob Dolman), a Movie Making Made Fun featurette, a Worm Cuisine featurette, a gag reel, a Worm montage, a "Worm Guts" music video by The Rockin' Worms, and the films theatrical trailer.
