Synopsis

102 Dalmatians picks up three years after Cruella Deville’s incarceration. After Doctor Pavlov’s rehabilitation program, Deville emerges a new animal loving woman. Her parole officer and Dipstick’s new owner, Chloe Simon, does not trust this transformation and is wary when Cruella buys 2nd Chance, a dog shelter owned by Kevin Shepherd. Simon’s suspicion’s are confirmed when Pavlov’s therapy is broken by the sound waves produced by Big Ben. After framing Kevin for puppy napping, Cruella continues her work on her puppy coat, using Dipstick’s children as the finishing touch. Chloe, Kevin, and all of their animal friends must travel to Paris to stop Cruella’s evil plot.
