Synopsis

Detective Jacob King (Steven Seagal) is a master homicide detective, using some unorthodox and violent tactics to get his man. King, however, is soon on the hunt of a diabolical killer he doesn’t quite understand. Lazerus (Michael Filipowich) is a brutal serial killer who uses malicious tactics in all of his murders and leaving an astrological sign on each of his victims. Meanwhile King is being investigated by the FBI in the, perhaps unconstitutional, arrest of another vicious killer who may be released from prison on a technicality. King faces the possibility of having two killing machines loose in his streets.
