Yeah sure we've heard rumours of this for years and years now. But now that the 80's revival seems to be in full swing with the fourth Die Hard movie being made Paramount seem to think that a fourth Beverly Hills Cop movie might just make sense.

They have signed up producer to develop the flick and writers are currently being sought to write a screenplay, of which there is not even a suggestion of a plotline for yet.

Eddie Murphy is attached, as he has been for years to his most successful role as Alex Foley the wiseass fish out of water cop.
