Amanda Bynes has been confirmed for the lead role in Sidney White that is being produced by Morgan Creek.
The flick was previously titled Sidney White and the Seven Dorks. Which gets the gag over, whereas to my mind Sidney White means nothing at all!
The flick is being directed by Joe Nussbaum with the comedy script being written by Chad Creasey that will follow a college freshman who pledges her late mother's once-dignified sorority, finds a new home with seven outcasts and attempts to transform the school's misguided social hierarchy.
