Now that its looking very likely that Transformers will be a big hit this summer, it was pretty obvious that Hollywood would start looking at other 80's toys to make into films and next up looks to be He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

Warner Bros. Pictures has snapped up the rights to the Mattel toys and have charged Joel Silver with producing the flick.

Justin Marks will write the script, and I think its a safe bet to say they'll be completely ignoring the Dolph Lungren version!
