Rob Lowe has been signed up to star in Stir of Echoes: The Dead Speak by Lionsgate. The sequel to the Kevin Bacon starring movie will be written and directed by Ernie Barbaresh. The sequel will follow a soldier who returns home from a tour of duty in Iraq only to be haunted by visions of the dead.
