Headline: Jack Black goes back to Year One!

Jack Black has been signed up to star in Year One.

The flick is being directed and co-written by Harold Ramis. Ramis wrote the script alongside Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg.

No word on what the movie will be about at this stage.

Judd Apatow is producing so hopefully it won't be nearly as bad as every other Ramis movie has been for well over two decades now.

Columbia Pictures will distribute.
