William H. Macy has signed onto the cast of the cult horror series House of Re-Animator. He will star alongside longtime series regular Jeffrey Combs as a US President who dies, prompting his staff to seek out Dr. Herbert West (Combs), to see if he can't get the President Re-Animated! Stuart Gordon will return to the series as Director, Dennis Paoli is writing with Brian Yuzna producing.
