Headline: Carry On London finally getting going?

Ok, this may have been announced several years ago with Barry from Eastenders taking the lead role and nothing more was ever heard of it. But the producers of what they will hope will be the 32nd Carry on film, Carry on London have revealed a new cast for the movie at this week's Cannes Film Festival.

Shane Ritchie (what is it with the producer's ex-Eastenders star obsession?) will star as the boss of Lenny's Limo's who will take stars to a fictitious event's awards called the 'Herbert's'. Also signed up for roles are Vinne Jones as a gangster (what a surprise!) and Victoria Silvstedt as a movie star (in her dreams!). Peter Richardson will direct.
