Headline: Kevin James is a Mall Cop???

Kevin James has signed on to star, write and produce Mall Cop for Columbia Pictures.

The flick will a mild-mannered security guard thrust into action when highly organized thieves take over his mall.

Its not yet known if James, will also provide the catering on the movie, although he seems to be doing everything else. Having said that he did co-write the script with Nick Bakay.
