Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese have announced that they will team up again for the third time.

The movie will be called Shutter Island and will be based on the novel by Dennis Lehane.

The movie will be set in 1954, with DiCaprio in final talks to play U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels, who is investigating the disappearance of a murderess who escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane and is presumed to be hiding on the remote Shutter Island.

The script has been written by Laeta Kalogridis, and will be distributed in the US by Paramount and Columbia internationally.
