Rosario Dawson looks to have signed on to co-star alongside Will Smith and Woody Harrelson in Seven Pounds.

The flick is being directed by Pursuit of Happyness helmer Gabriele Muccino, and written by Grant Nieporte.

The plot will follow a guilt-ridden man who inadvertently falls in love while attempting to kill himself.

Columbia Pictures will commence filming in February.
