Headline: Anna Friel joins Land of the Lost!

Anna Friel has signed on to co-star alongside Will Ferrrell in Land of the Lost.

The Universal Pictures flick is being directed by Brad Silberling based on the 70's tv show. The script has been written by Chris Henchy and Dennis McNicholas.

Friel will play the love interest of Ferrell, a disgraced paleontologist who finds himself in a strange prehistoric world.
