Headline: Early Christmas present for Spacey

Kevin Spacey has been signed up to star in Joe Claus for director David Dobkin. Also starring are Vince Vaughn, Paul Giamatti, Judi Dench and John Michael Higgins in the project that was originally titled Fred Claus. The movie that will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures will follow Vaughn as the loser brother of Santa who joins his sibling at the North Pole. Spacey will play the villain of the movie. Dan Fogelman has written the script.
