7th Heaven’s Stephen Collins has been added to the cast of Blood Diamond to play an ambassador. The story centers on a poor African farmer, played by Djimon Hounsou, who gets caught up in a conflict between an U.S. diamond smuggler (Leonardo DiCaprio) and the syndicate that controls the local diamond mining industry.
