Headline: British director on Olympic film

Nickelodeon Films have offered director Daryl Goodrich to turn his five-minute film Inspiration, about kids driven to greatness by the Olympics as part of Britain’s bid for the Games, into a feature called Legend of the Rings. “It will be a family film, very much an inspirational one,” Goodrich told Variety, adding, "it's important to address the issue of failure, too. This must not simply be a rose-tinted movie."
