Tony Leung and Tang Wei sre to star in World War II espionage thriller Lust, Caution for director Ang Lee and Focus Features. It is based on the short story written by the late Chinese author Eileen Chang, where a main character tries to seduce and assassinate a Chinese spy working for the Japanese government. The Hollywood Reporter notes Leung stars as a powerful Shanghai politician who becomes entangled with a young woman (Tang); also part of the cast is Chinese pop idol and actor Wang Lee Homeen cast, who will play a student involved with the woman.
