Headline: Kidman confirms The Golden Compass

Following recent rumours Nicole Kidman has confirmed that she will indeed be featuring in the cast of The Golden Compass, the first adaptation of Phil Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy. She’ll play the insidious Mrs. Coulter while Paul Bettany is in talks to join as Lord Asriel. TV actress Claire Higgins has also been offered a role.
