Bill Lawrence has been signed up by The Weinstein Co. to write and direct the long in gestation Fletch reboot movies.Lawrence who created TV's surreal but seminal Scrubs is thought to have Zach Braff in mind for the lead role that was played by Chevy Chase way back in the 80's.
