Headline: Shadyac gets a Magic 8 Ball!

Director Tom Shadyac has signed on with Universal Pictures to develop a movie called Magic 8 Ball. The movie, which has no script, apart from the fact it will concern a Magic 8 Ball, will be written by Barry Blaustein and Jason Heffer. Shadyac will direct if the script passes muster, and you can bet Universal will be asking their 8 Ball if it will.
