Headline: Sony to open Hotel Transylvania!

Sony Pictures has greenlit a new animated movie in the shape of Hotel Transylvania, a monster comedy. The movie will be directed by Anthony Stacchi and David Feiss, with Michelle Murdocca producing. The script will be written by Don Rhymer and will follow a group of classic monsters including Frankenstein, the Mummy, Dracula and the Werewolf who are hiding out in a hotel on the outskirts of Transylvania now that 21st century technology has seemingly made them irrelevant. It is thought a 2009 release will be likely.
