Jeremy Renner has been signed up to star in Fox Atomics 28 Days later sequel, 28 Weeks Later. The North Country star will play Sgt. Doyle, a member of the special forces team working to repopulate London when a carrier of the virus unknowingly ignites a reinfection. Juan Carlos Fresnadillo is directing from a script by Rowan Joffe. Andrew MacDonald, Andrew Garland and Danny Boyle produce.
