Dax Shepard will star in the New Line comedy The Retreat to be directed by Tom Brady and written by King of the Hills scribes Alan Cohen and Alan Freedland. The story centers on a thirtysomething hot dog vendor at Chicago's Wrigley Field who lands a job at a corporation, climbs the management ladder thanks to the simple wisdom he's picked up selling franks and discovers at a company retreat that he's the target of sabotage by a disgruntled employee.
