Brendan O'Brien and Andrew Cohen have had their short American Storage starring 40-Year Old Virgin lead Steve Carrell picked up by Paramount who are looking to the writers to develop a feature. The story centers on a man who is trying to turn around a failing storage facility by leasing out units as low-rent apartments to random people on the Internet. Beau Bauman is producing.
