Warner Bros. have optioned Jed Rubenfeld's historical crime mystery Interpretation of Murder. The novel opens up as Sigmund Freud and protege Carl Jung visit New York in 1909, where a mad killer preys on the young beauties of high society. The storyline revolves around a young psychoanalyst and devotee of Freud's who is called in to consult when one of the women attacked survives, but is unable to speak or remember what happened.
