Headline: Back in Time with Mr Peabody & Sherman

Cartoon characters Mr. Peabody & Sherman are to get the CG makeover thanks to DreamWorks Animation with helmer Rob Minkoff on board to direct. The bespectacled dog Mr. Peabody and his adopted pet boy Sherman were introduced in 1959 in a series of short segments as part of "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show." Together, they had more than 90 adventures, jumping into Peabody's "WABAC Machine" to travel back in time. Andrew Kurtzman will write the screenplay with Jason Clark and Minkoff.
