Maria Bello, Jimmy Smits, Emily Blunt, Josh Lucas and Ellen Burstyn have all signed on to star in The Jane Austen Book Club.

The flick will be directed by Robin Swicord based on her own book that followed six Californians who join to discuss Jane Austen's novels. Over the six months they meet, marriages are tested, affairs begin, unsuitable arrangements become suitable, and love happens.
