Rob Schneider has signed on to star in indie kids flick Juliana and the Medicine Fish.

The flick is being directed, co-written and produced by Jeremy Torrie based on a book by Jake McDonald.

The flick will follow Schneider as a father who is trying to save his troubled fishing lodge as well as his relationship with his 12-year-old daughter, who uncovers an ancient secret in the waters near the lodge.
